Tina Turner - Township Clerk
Tina Turner is a 28 year resident of Madison Township. She is the mother of two adult children. She has a BS degree in Computer Science from Miami University. She is a long time member of the Morgan County GOP serving as a Precinct Committeeman and Morgan County GOP Secretary.
Tina serves as Township Clerk and Poor Relief Administrator.

Nelson Hoggatt - Board Member
Nelson Hoggatt was elected as a Madison Township board member in November 2022. He has resided in Madison Township since 1986 with his wife Nancy. They have one son and two grandsons. Nelson retired from AT&T and IBM and served in the U.S. Army.
Nelson is Chairman of the Advisory Board.

Matthew Pranger - Board Member
Matthew Pranger is a member of the Madison Township Advisory Board and joined the board in December 2023 through the caucus process following the passing of Jim Johnson. He is a full-time lecturer at Indiana University Bloomington’s Kelley School of Business and holds a doctorate in educational leadership along with two master’s degrees in business leadership and management and information security.
Matthew is actively engaged in community service as President of the Mooresville Lions Club, a board member of Wellspring of Morgan County, and a volunteer with multiple local organizations. He is a recent graduate of the Morgan County Leadership Academy and helps organize community events such as the Old Settlers Festival. With family roots in Wilbur, Indiana, and long-term residency in Madison Township, he is committed to serving the community and Morgan County.

Dawn Horock - Board Member
Dawn Horock joined the board in May of 2024 through the caucus process, replacing Ronnie McClure.
Dawn and her husband Tom have been residents of Madison Township for 27 years. Dawn is a lifelong resident of Morgan County. They have 3 daughters. Dawn has actively attended MTFD Advisory Board Meetings for 6 years.
Dawn volunteers to maintain the websites for the Madison Township Trustee, as well as the Morgan County GOP to which she is a member.
Dawn brings over 30 years of financial experience in past employment as a CEO, Bookkeeper, Sales and Human Resources Manager.
Dawn serves as the Secretary of the Advisory Board.
